The Weight Loss Challenge is a fun 12 week programme to help you reach your weight-loss goals and improve your diet and lifestyle choices. At the end of the 12 weeks, the top 2 challengers who have lost the most weight or body fat will win £75* - the biggest loser wins!

Our support section includes material to help you in completing your Weight Loss Challenge and to make the changes that you want, from protein snacks and recipes to motivating testimonials from previous challengers who attended.
12 Week Challenge
At each location, we will provide the following benefits to help you reach your personal targets:
- Weekly weigh and measure
- Advice on healthy eating
- How to accelerate results
- 12 week programme offering diet and lifestyle advice
- Body composition analysis
- Support from your personal wellness coach
*At the end of the 12 weeks, the biggest losers will win £75 with 2nd prizes of £50 and third prizes of £25 for the greatest weight or body fat loss. Prize money is based on a minimum of 25 participants and will be awarded pro-rata if there are fewer challengers.

In additon, at selected venues, we have an extra hour long fun exercise programme, designed for the beginner/intermediate with a mixture of exercise and dance at Hemel and body conditioning and circuit training at Tring. This will help you to maximise your potential and reach your lifestyle change.
