Booking your 12-week weight loss challenge is easy. We have 3 different classes in the Tring area. Select the day and time you would like to join, on Wednesday you have the option to join our extra hour long exercise session, if you wish to take this option please remeber to select it from the drop down list.

Once you have selected your venue, click on the Book Now button. This will take you to our PayPal server, your details are fully encrypted and secure. After payment you will receive an email receipt. Thats it! All you need to do then is simply turn up on the day! See you there...

All NEW classes start from Saturday 9th January 2010. If you want to book your challenge class after this date don't worry! Simply select the weeks you are booking in.

At Tring's Exclusively Ladies Gym we are offering an additional supporting exercise programme designed to encourage your progress throughout the 12-week Challenge. This is an ideal way to help you reach your personal targets and will benfit you long after the 12-week Challenge.

Throughout the 12-week Challenge we will be providing each participant with a handout booklet which you should read and complete. This will allow you to monitor your progress throughtout the 12 weeks as well as provising your coach with the information to tailor the challenge for your own personal target.
