Heya, I'm lizi! I have recently completed a course in fitness and nutrition at Uni.
Whilst studying I have worked regularly as a Personal Wellness Coach, Life Guard and Fitness Instructor.

We are priviledged to have on our team Alyson Carter, a local nutritionist.
She has facilitated those with many and varying kinds of issues including infertility in women and men and behavioural issues in children with great success.
"Hello, I am a Nutritional Therapist having graduated from the college of Naturopathic and Complementary Medicine in London. I am also a fully insured member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists and I currently work out of 2 clinics in Hertfordshire.
I believe that healthy eating, exercise and nutritional supplements can really influence health and well being.
Since being in clinical practice, I have helped many clients cope with common health issues, such as weight loss, weight gain, irritable bowel, migraines and pre menstrual syndrome.
They have optimised their health primarily through a change in eating habits and addition of certain supplements into their regime.
Children too have responded very well, especially if they are given clear guidelines at an early age."

I am a single mother of two. It is so difficult to balance everything, isn't it? I work as a sales and business manager and believe that first impressions are extremely important. You only have a few seconds to get someone's attention and a good visual impact is just as important as what you have to say.
I believe that well being starts from the inside, so eating healthily is very important to me. With Jayne's help and guidance I have totally changed the way that I think about food, and life style management. The results have been fantastic.
I would like to share my experience and help other people to feel good about themselves too. So by getting involved in nutrition advice I hope to be able to give something back.

Hi I'm Julie. I have been a Personal Trainer for a few years!! You may have seen me around the local gyms - Champneys and Exclusively Ladies to name a few. I thoroughly enjoy my role as a Personal Trainer; it's fantastic watching week by week as my clients become fitter, stronger and leaner. It is so important to have fun too and to mix things up a bit - just to keep everyone on their toes!
